Press Release
Condemnation of Terrorist Attack in Sri Lanka
Assalamu'alaikum wr wb.
Dear brothers and sisters.
Bombs have been burst up at several churces in Sri Lanka and killed hundreds people. Our hearts, souls goes out to Sri Lanka right now. So does our belief that we are stronger together, we (MSA-NCKU) would like to make several statements:
-
We would like to express our deep condolences to their families and their friends who lost loved ones in this senseless tragedy. We join in your grief and stand with you at this incredibly difficult time.
-
We condemn any acts of terrorism in the name of Islam. It is because the teaching of Islam prohibit terrorism and condemn unwarranted violence and bloodshed. We prohibited to kill Muslim and non-Muslim civilians and destroying their property and places of worship as well. We are consistently refusing terrorism, there is no justification to the inhuman terror attack, Terrorism does not have a religion!
We may have different religions, languages, or skin colour. But we all belong to one human race, we are stronger together!
