  1. I don't eat pork and any kind of product     that contain pork in it. (Ex: oil, ham, etc). And i also do not consume any kind of process blood. (Pig blood, duck blood, 
    chicken blood)

  2. I CAN'T eat or consume alcohol and any 
    product of it

  3. If you need to use the pan or utensils to cook any kind of pork, please kindly inform me or help me to wash it before
     used for my dish

  4. I CAN'T eat any of unslaughter meat like chicken, duck, beef, goat.
